WeakSim Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WeakSim (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WeakSim is an iOS weak-network simulator. It intercepts on-device traffic through a system VPN and applies delay, packet loss, throttling, reordering, duplication, tampering, periodic disconnects, and DNS faults so you can test timeout, reconnect, and fallback behavior.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

4. Free Features and Pro Purchases

• The free version includes the Unlimited, 2G, and 3G presets, and you may start the VPN for basic simulation.
• Pro unlocks all preset scenes, custom weak-network scenes, and preset scene speed tests.
• Pro is available as a weekly auto-renewing subscription or a lifetime one-time non-consumable purchase.
• All purchases are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. We do not handle or store payment information.
• Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s App Store refund process.

5. Weekly Auto-Renewal

• The weekly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• The App does not offer a free trial.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the App for illegal, infringing, or malicious activity.
• Be solely responsible for the systems you test and for ensuring you have authorization to run the simulation on the relevant device and network.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the App, except as expressly permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
